Brief:  Conversion of existing loft space to form two bedrooms and study.

Our involvement comprised of design and detailing for strengthening of the existing ceiling to cater for increased floor loading and existing roof structure to allow removal of existing supports and chimney to provide an open space to form the new rooms.
