Structural Reports

Stuart McCormick has extensive experience in structural surveys and writing structural reports. In the past we have undertaken residential conversion work, listed buildings, barn conversions, industrial plant, retail structures and many other building types and proposed uses. The requirements of a structural report would be largely pre-determined by the client, however would usually involve the defects and recommendations on remedial works. We would produce a comprehensive report complete with photographs and Autocad sketch details (if relevant) in line with the requirements of our clients.

We would also be in a position to provide a quotation for the structural design works associated with any necessary remedial works if any are required.
