Brief:  To design the superstructure and foundations to a new detached house.

SGM produced designs for steel beams throughout and a retaining wall to the lower ground floor on three sides. We undertook this with the Architect, Wake Architects to produce a high quality finish. The project also included a swimming pool on the lower ground floor level.
