Brief:  A new glass frontage was required for the new tenant within the shopping centre.

The new tenant, Caffé Nero, required a glass frontage to the shop unit within the existing shopping centre. Working alongside G.G. Glass and Glazing a structural design was completed to support the proposed glass frontage. This required careful detailing to provide steel work for the glazing to be supported off of the existing structure, considering not only the glass fixings by G.G. Glass, but also the Landlords stipulations of works. We have since completed similar works to create glass facades to a number of units within the Bradford Broadway complex (E.E., Schuh and Tui) all to the similar high level of detail working closely with the site contractors and the site landlords.
