Brief:  To design a post and lintel for a passivhaus.

This house was designed and detailed mainly by ‘Green Building Store’ (www.greenbuildingstore.co.uk). Part of the structure included a corner window with a roof overhang, necessitating the design of a post and lintels which SGM were able to provide. The structure was installed inside the glazing to not interfere with the strict anti-cold bridging details adopted on site.
