Brief:  To create a bespoke modern large detached property within an exclusive development of four unique properties.

Working closely with ‘L’Arche Developments’, structural design and detailing work included the overall foundation solution with traditional shallow and deep spread footings and mass masonry retaining walls to allow for the various level differences across the site, along with various steel beams and lintels to support the proposed structure.
