Brief:  Construction of two detached housing plots built within the sloping site by local contractor ‘HD9 Construction’.

SGM were commissioned to design the sub-structure for both plots, which included foundations and retaining walls. Various forms of retaining wall construction were utilised from mass masonry to reinforced concrete in order to provide an economical and cost effective solution for our clients.
