Brief:  SGM were tasked with undertaking the majority of the structural and civil engineering elements of this £3.2 million scheme.

SGM have a good working relationship with AHR Building Consultancy the principal designers and Marshalls Building Contractors, and worked closely with both to deliver this multimillion pound scheme. The project was complicated by the fact it was a brownfield site and this needed to be taken into account during the earthworks and drainage design.
