Brief:  Conversion of existing roof space over detached garage to form a luxury open plan living accommodation annex.

SGM worked closely with local architectural practice ‘Architecture and Design Partnership’ to deliver an extension with slender, sharp, clean lines. Our involvement comprised the design of the superstructure elements, including steel gable frame, purlins, eaves beams and roof structure all to ensure the structure was hidden to achieve the clean minimal finish.
